PURCHASING PROCEDURE

In this section we explain how to find and purchase the product you’re looking for.
Follow the steps and fill out your order form. 

1: YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT TO BUY?

If you already know what you want to buy, go to the next step:
Select the brand and series you’re interested in by clicking on the miniature.
Select the colour.
Select the size.
Select the product finish you require (if any).
Enter the number of square meters you require.
Calculate the quotation.
If you have completed these steps correctly, the system will now display the total cost of the product and quantity you have selected and the number of boxes which will be delivered.
To proceed to the checkout, click the “Buy” button. The system will add the product to the trolley.
At this point you can complete the purchase or check the delivery costs.

2. WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH DELIVERY COSTS?

Before you confirm an order, enter the destination data to receive an estimate of the delivery costs.
If the delivery destination is not on the list of countries available, request a personalised quotation by filling in the destination fields. You will receive a personalised quotation within 24 hours.
When you have confirmed delivery costs, proceed to the checkout by clicking the “Go to checkout” button.

3. COMPLETING THE PURCHASE

Choose if you want to proceed with the purchase as a guest or want to register with the site first. (Registration is the recommended method and offers advantages in the future). Complete the last few steps:
Enter your invoicing details.
Enter your delivery details.
Select the delivery method.
Select the payment method.
Confirm you order.

4. AFTER THE PURCHASE

When we receive your order an operator will send you an e-mail confirming your purchase. The operator is ready to solve any doubts or problems you might have.
