Tierras by Patricia Urquiola

The collection develops around the concept of sedimentation and Mediterranean artisan tradition: different types of lavas, terracotta and clays, chromatically compatible with each other, combine and mix themselves, enriching and softening the black base of recycled ceramic on which they are deposited, letting it shyly appear on the surface. The result is a highly material product, characterized by a palette of intense, deep, earthy and natural colors saturated by the black base.
